Spring Break...

Let's make an offer on a house and then go on Sprink Break Vacation! Rationalle: We've made over a handful of offers in Marin and nothing ever goes through. Well, this time we were wrong!!! So, the first few days of visiting family in Hunington Beach and San Clemente were a bit stressful as we negotiating back and forth with our realtor and lender, shuffled paperwork and dealt with technical issues. But still, we tried to make the most of it.

A huge thanks to Mat's cousin Al for hosting us at her place in Hunington Beach! The kids all had a ball and at least we got to enjoy some beach time.

A huge thanks to Michael and Ness for also hosting us at their place in San Clemente. We did get some visiting in and playtime (but majority was spent on computers/phone/ shuffling paperwork).

And then finally, My Uncle John and Auntie Dawn for hosting us in Malibu. We finally got some real fun in and put the home buying on hold.
